DAMAGE & SHORTAGES: Advise shipper if your goods are damaged. All shipments must be carefully inspected for shortage or damage and claim made with the delivering carrier. Shortages and all other claims must be made to Commando Products, in writing, within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
RETURN GOODS: Merchandise returns will be allowed only with prior written authorization from Commando Products, Inc. and any returns without authorization will not be accepted. Authorized returns, other than those due to defects or errors for which we are responsible, are subject to a handling and restocking charge of 10% from the original invoice price, plus return transportation costs, if any. No merchandise returns will be authorized after 30 days from invoice date. Returns will not be accepted without a Commando Products R/A (Return Authorization) number.
If the return is a result of our error you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement and we will also pay the return shipping cost.
