not no file with Commando Products, sales tax will be added where

All prices F.O.B. Commando Products
plant in Grandview, Missouri, USA. UPS shipments will be prepaid
and shipping charges added to invoice except for collect, consignee
or 3rd party billing. All other shipments will be shipped by
truck line with freight charges collect. |

| Damage &
Shortages: |
|
Advise shipper if your goods are
damaged. All shipments must be carefully inspected for shortage
or damage and claim made with delivering carrier. Commando is
not responsible for freight damage but will assist you with your
claim if notified within 30 days of shipment. Shortages and all
other claims must be made to Commando Products, in writing, within
10 days after receipt of merchandise. |
| Merchandise
Returns: |
|
Merchandise returns will be allowed
only with prior written authorization from Commando Products
and any returns without authorization will not be accepted. Items
made to special specifications, or obsolete and discontinued
merchandise, are not subject to return. Authorized returns, other
than those due to defects or errors for which we are responsible,
are subject to a handling and restocking charge of 20% from the
original invoice price, plus return transportation cost, if any.
No merchandise returns will be authorized after 90 days from
invoice date. Returns will not be accepted without a Commando
Products R/A (Return Authorization) number. |
